Artisan Gelato's award winning range of 'Zest' gelatos, sorbets and ice creams are crafted by James Oliver. Trained by master gelato makers in Italy, James combines traditional Italian techniques with New Zealand farm fresh ingredients to create truly irresistible flavours.

And the proof is in the pudding - Zest won 7 medals at the 2008 NZ Ice Cream Awards.

James also works with some of New Zealand's top chefs to develop unique flavours or seasonal specials for their restaurant menus. More traditional flavours are also available for speciality food stores and ice cream kiosks.

Zest products do not contain flavour bases or pastes.
